A little bit about us.

Hi my name is Heather. I have struggled with several mental health disorders. I was diagnosed first in my early twenties. I also have learned about many of the community in Houston and Katy Texas resources. There are many resources available anywhere including online. I have genetically passed my illness to my daughter. This blog is a bit about that journey into the rabbits hole of despair and back into hope. I would not be here today without the support and love of my husband and kids and of course faith in God. Hope for something beautiful and meaning is achievable. Hi my name is Tiffany! I have also struggled with mental health through genetics. One thing I know is I can get through anything through the power of God. I can count on him as the only person that wont give up on me. I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for my family and friends. Bring in light not darkness. Also think positive and not negative.
